PowerSchool & Google Sites Training
Hi Everyone,
I am hosting a training session at GHS today from 12:00-4:00 PM and will show the new features found in PowerTeacher Pro and how to create a teacher website with our system teacher website templates. Please refer to the bottom of this post to access all of the training videos and information that was presented at the training session today.
Important Information
The assignment page can be adjusted or modified to your classroom needs. You don't need an assignment page for all of your class periods or subjects you teach and you are more than welcome to delete the other assignment pages I created for you. Also, you can rename the assignment pages to fit your classroom needs.
Please do not change the website design or interface, we need to have consistency across the district.
If you use Google Classroom, you can embed the calendar in your "Calendar Page" and your web page calendar will update automatically when you post assignments that have due dates in Google Classroom. The only pages you will have to update on a regular basis are the "files and documents" and "assignments" pages.
Please watch the tutorial videos, they will reduce your frustration with setting up your website.
